Deliveries are subject to stock availability. If we have a problem with your order such as unavailability of an item we will call you. If you are unavailable we will send you an email telling you what action we are taking.
When your order has been processed you will receive an email informing you that your order has moved from “In Progress” to “Dispatched” which will also give you a DPD tracking number for your items.
Our delivery methods allow full trace of your shipment from dispatch until delivered and signed for by you. We use a number of carriers to safeguard delivery to you. Whatever method we use will always require a signature on arrival. Our charges to you cover all postage packing and insurance up to the value of the goods you are buying.
Failure to Delivery
If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email. A refund of the cost of goods without shipping will be given. If the goods are still required, we will require an additional shipping fee to make a second delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be at the delivery address given for shipping as costumes cannot be left without signature. Customers must be available on their chosen contact number to facilitate the courier with delivery. In instances where couriers cannot make phone contact, packages may not be delivered.
Please note that if a customer does request a call before delivery from the courier, we pass the request on to the courier company and cannot guarantee that they will call. They will however try and reach the customer if they are not at the address they have chosen to have their order delivered to.
