If all items are in stock we aim to dispatch within 1-2 days of receiving your order (dispatch may take a little longer during busy periods).
Lead times can increase to 4-5 working days for dispatch if a product is out of stock.
Standard delivery is by DPD Couriers and your order should arrive within 24 hours of dispatch (Monday – Friday). You will receive an email and/or text message with a 2 hour delivery slot on the day of delivery.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard through our 100% secure online ordering system. All debit and credit card holders will be subjec to validation and authorisation by us and the card accepted.
Our payment providers are Realex and Paypal.
If your card or Paypay method is authorised, payment will be taken immediately. You will shortly receive an email from us to confirm the payment was successful and your order has been placed with us. Should your card not be authorised payment will not be taken and order will not be processed.
If you experience a problem with your card, please double check the details you have inputted at the checkout ensuring all card types, numbers, etc have been entered correctly.
All IRISH orders are shipped by DPD first class delivery service providing next working day delivery once order has been despatched. All other deliveries, outside Ireland are sent by registered post and take anything from 3 – 14 working days delivery depending on destination.
Each delivery option is a one off charge regardless of the number of items ordered, which means you are charged only a standard charge.
You will receive a text from DPD and if you miss your delivery three more attempts are made. Failing this the order is brought back to your nearest depot and sent back to Balloon Man after that.
